[물류/재무] Director of Finance & Corporate Management

A Director of Finance & Corporate Management role is now open in a logistics company. The chosen applicant will oversee finance, risk management and corporate operations while supporting the CEO on planning, cross-functional coordination and organisational matters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and cash-flow management
• Manage treasury, liquidity, banking relationships, payments and foreign-currency exposure
• Oversee trade finance instruments, including letters of credit, documentary collections and supplier prepayments
• Monitor transaction profitability, working capital, financing costs and counterparty exposure
• Coordinate accounting, tax, payroll, audit and statutory compliance with internal staff and external advisers
• Maintain effective financial controls, approval procedures and management reporting
• Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support commercial and investment decisions
• Lead and develop the Finance team and ensure proper delegation and backup coverage
• Act as a trusted management partner to the CEO on planning, priorities and execution
• Coordinate important cross-functional matters involving Finance, Trading, Chartering, Operations and Administration
• Monitor the implementation of management decisions and escalate material risks or delays
• Help improve internal policies, reporting lines, accountability and communication
• Oversee core HR and people-management processes, including recruitment coordination, onboarding, attendance and leave administration, performance reviews and employee documentation
• Support the CEO and department heads in handling performance, disciplinary and organisational matters, working with external HR advisers or labour counsel where necessary
• Coordinate selected strategic projects and relationships with banks, auditors, tax advisers, lawyers and other external partners
• Provide senior-level office coordination when specifically designated by the CEO

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or a related field
• More than 8 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, treasury, financial control or corporate management
• Experience in international trade finance, foreign exchange and cross-border transactions
• Strong knowledge of treasury, cash-flow management, banking, payments and financial reporting
• Practical understanding of Korean accounting, tax, payroll, audit and statutory requirements
• Previous team leadership or broader management responsibility
• Proficient in Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in commodity trading, import/export, shipping or logistics
• Experience overseeing HR, administration or people-management processes in a small or medium-sized company
• KICPA, AICPA, ACCA, MBA or another relevant qualification
