[제조/재무] Finance Manager

A foreign adhesive solutions company is looking for a Finance Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing accounting operations, treasury activities, financial reporting, compliance, internal controls, and corporate governance matters.

Responsibilities:

• Lead accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing, financial statement preparation, and intercompany accounting
• Manage treasury activities, cash flow, and banking
• Ensure compliance with tax, statutory, and corporate reporting requirements
• Maintain effective internal controls (Risk Control Matrix) and governance over financial processes and business operations
• Prepare statutory financial statements and support regulatory filings and electronic disclosure requirements in compliance with applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinate and support legal, compliance, and corporate governance matters to ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Support the FiCo team lead in strategic projects and ad-hoc assignments, and collaborate effectively with HQ, RHQ, auditors, tax advisors, banks, and other stakeholders
• Work independently, manage multiple priorities, lead team members effectively, and deliver high-quality results with minimal supervision

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Accounting, Finance, or Business-related is preferred)
• More than 5 years of related experience
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO modules and financial reporting systems
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and data analysis tools
• Effective communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• Business level written and verbal English
