[리테일/재무] Business Finance Specialist

An international consumer goods manufacturer is looking for a Business Finance Specialist. The selected applicant will provide financial insights, reporting, and analysis to support business decisions and performance improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse sales, gross margin, P&L performance, and key business performance indicators to provide actionable insights to management
• Lead and support planning cycles, including budget, forecast, and rolling forecasts, while monitoring performance against plan and identifying risks and opportunities
• Prepare monthly business performance reports by consolidating inputs from Sales, Marketing, and Service teams
• Act as a key business finance partner, collaborating with cross-functional teams to support commercial and financial decision-making
• Support MD and leadership team in identifying growth opportunities and evaluating strategic business initiatives from financial and commercial perspectives
• Collaborate with the Head of Finance and support ad-hoc business and strategic requests from the MD
• Manage and track key KPIs, ensure data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies with relevant stakeholders
• Oversee financial data integrity within ERP (MS Business Central) and reporting systems
• Monitor financial performance, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow indicators
• Perform financial modeling and scenario analysis to support commercial and strategic decisions
• Support HQ/APAC-driven initiatives and global projects
• Drive improvements in reporting processes, data quality, and controlling practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, business finance, commercial finance, or related roles
• Experience in planning, forecasting, and performance analysis
• Advanced Excel skills; ERP experience (MS Business Central is preferred)
• Strong analytical skills with solid understanding of financials and business drivers
• High business acumen with the ability to support management decision-making
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent level English
