[리테일/재무] Junior FP&A (Contract)

A multinational food and beverage company is looking for a Junior FP&A. The selected applicant will be responsible for supporting commercial planning, performance analysis, and business decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, produce, and distribute databases and reports related to commercial results, including monthly sales reviews with Leadership Teams and Zone/Global teams
• Play a key role in setting up and monitoring the company's annual operating plan
• Conduct ad hoc commercial performance analysis and projects, including deals and allowances, PVM analyses, price change impacts, and BI dashboards
• Serve as the contact person for commercial analytics tools and admin approvals, including Tableau, Power BI, and workflow systems
• Review and validate profitability by product category and channel, and share insights while partnering with the Commercial team
• Ensure standard costs are accurately maintained in the ERP system and lead analysis of actual-to-standard variances to identify key drivers
• Perform cost control analysis by channel and customer (D&A, ZBB)
• Conduct cost efficiency analysis, including promotions, deals, advertisements, and allowance effectiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Finance or Economics is a plus)
• Passionate, positive, and enthusiastic mindset

Preferred Requirements:

• SAP experience
• Proficient in MS Office
• Fluent level English
