[리테일/인사] People & Organisation Manager

A global consumer goods company is looking for a People & Organisation Manager. the chosen applicant will handle talent acquisition, onboarding and offboarding, internal communication, training, and policy implementation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead subject matter expertise or support P&O Head through the end-to-end P&O cycle, including Talent Acquisition, Rewards, L&D, associate communication, and training
• Manage the full Talent Acquisition process from job requisition, talent profiling, sourcing and recruitment, panel interviews, to onboarding
• Design and coordinate company-wide onboarding and exit processes in collaboration with line managers
• Prepare and analyse regular reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs)
• Champion P&O functions related to QMP, including policy enforcement, process improvements, and audit participation
• Ensure seamless and accurate execution of P&O processes
• Build strong relationships with internal and external customers and key stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, business, management or related field

• 7-10 years of HR experience as HR generalist, HR subject matter expert (recruitment, reward, talent, etc.) or business partner
• Prior workday experience
• Background in the consumer, pharmaceutical or retail industry is preferred
• Proficient in written and verbal English
