[리테일/인사] Senior Reward Manager
A multinational luxury fashion brand is seeking a Senior Reward Manager. The chosen applicant will design, manage, and enhance compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to support business objectives and ensure market competitiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Support the design and review of reward programs in partnership with internal and external experts across compensation, benefits, and mobility
- Partner with business divisions to align rewards strategies with the overall compensation and benefits philosophy and provide analysis on plan effectiveness
- Lead regular reviews of Retail Compensation and Sales Incentive plans and recommend improvements
- Conduct market and industry analysis to evaluate pay competitiveness
- Advise market P&O teams and business managers on rewards programs and compensation proposals
- Provide market analysis and intelligence to support union negotiations in partnership with market P&O, employee relations, and business HR
- Support the implementation of competitive benefits and wellness programs with vendors and Benefits/Wellness experts
- Conduct job evaluations in partnership with compensation experts, market P&O, and business managers
- Maintain job evaluation records and conduct annual reviews of job grades
- Recommend appropriate job profiles and benchmark proposals for new or evolving positions
- Manage the Annual Compensation Review (ACR) process
- Collect and analyse market trends, merit increase data, and macroeconomic indicators to support compensation planning
- Provide rewards-related budget guidance to market P&O and Finance teams
- Develop, maintain, and deliver manager training for the Annual Compensation Review process
- Conduct annual benefits reviews to ensure market competitiveness
- Participate in salary and benefits surveys, manage data submissions, analyse results, and recommend market adjustments
- Manage relationships with rewards service providers to ensure high-quality and cost-effective service delivery
- Stay informed on emerging market trends and maintain industry networks
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in HR, Business Administration or related disciplines
- More than 10 years of experience with specialised expertise in rewards management (multinational organisations, retail business, or companies in the innovative industries are preferred)
- Strong experience leading and implementing rewards projects
- Well-versed with local employment law
- Knowledge of designing sales incentive plans and expatriate compensation management
- Good knowledge of job evaluation methodology
- Good interpersonal skills to engage professionally with different levels of stakeholders
- Fluent level written and verbal English
Preferred Requirements:
- Fluent level Korean
