[미디어/영업] Strategic Account Lead
A global technology and information services company is looking for a Strategic Account Lead. The chosen candidate will drive enterprise SaaS growth by managing strategic accounts, building executive relationships, and leading complex sales opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a multi-year strategic growth plan for Korea
- Build and manage relationships with C-level executives and senior decision-makers within Korea's largest enterprises
- Navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems across headquarters, subsidiaries, procurement, legal, and business units
- Lead large, strategic, multi-million-dollar SaaS transactions from qualification through negotiation and close
- Develop compelling business cases and value realisation frameworks aligned with customer transformation priorities
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, solutions consulting, legal, finance, and executive leadership
- Drive executive engagement programs and build long-term strategic partnerships
Requirements:
- More than 15 years of enterprise technology sales experience
- Demonstrated success selling complex SaaS or enterprise software solutions into large enterprises
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding quotas and closing large transactions
- Experience navigating highly matrixed and complex client organisations (Korean conglomerates and multinational enterprises are ideal)
- Strong executive presence with the ability to engage and influence C-suite stakeholders
- Expertise in value-based selling methodologies, including MEDDIC
- Strong commercial acumen with experience leading complex contract negotiations and building ROI-led business cases
- Ability to build and execute strategic account plans and multi-year growth strategies
- Native level Korean; fluent level English
