[반도체/영업] Sales Director
A foreign semiconductor company is searching for a Sales Director. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing key accounts, closing business to meet quota, and identifying new market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Close business with assigned quota
- Forecast and manage booking or revenue results
- Manage and expand business with key accounts by identifying needs and collaborating with internal teams
- Initiate regular customer contact to understand goals, challenges, and requirements for software development and system testing
- Identify market potential by qualifying customers and expanding sales in existing accounts through new products, processes, and service
- Contribute to market strategy by monitoring competitive products and providing customer feedback
- Gather and assess customer input from key accounts
- Collaborate with product and Korea business manager to ensure differentiated product offerings are available in the territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering
- More than 8 years of experience in SoC IP sales, EDA product sales
- Proven business development skills with a history of developing and closing business
opportunities - Knowledge of Korea Semiconductor manufacturer, DSP and local R&D firms, and
Universities - Familiarity with software CI/CD development flows and system design
- Ability to grasp complex technical data and communicate effectively with both
technical and non-technical stakeholders
