[리테일/영업관리] e-Commerce Key Account Manager
A global consumer goods company is searching for an e-Commerce Key Account Manager. The selected applicant will manage key eCommerce customers and drive digital sales growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven planning.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strong partnerships with key accounts to deliver targeted sales growth
- Lead and negotiate annual agreements with eCommerce partners
- Analyse category, retail, industry, and performance data to identify risks and opportunities
- Monitor sales results, conduct forecasting, and deliver financial commitments, including GSV, NSV, and Trade
- Understand the omnichannel dynamics and set priorities accordingly
- Plan and execute yearly sales promotions to boost brand visibility and sales performance
- Identify strategic keywords and monitor shelf-share status for brand and portfolio
- Develop and execute plans based on shopper insights aligned with company strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 5 years of experience in FMCG
- More than 3 years of experience in the e-Commerce field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Advanced level written and verbal English
