[제조/영업] Field Sales Associate
A global material science company is looking for a Field Sales Associate. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying strategic opportunities and aligning sales plans with business priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistent year-over-year revenue growth by identifying high-value opportunities, aligning inventory and forecast assumptions with business priorities, and executing strategic account plans
- Monitor customer outcomes through performance assessments and strategic reviews, with success measured by revenue growth, project pipeline development, and customer satisfaction (NPS)
- Engage with all key buying influences and stakeholders to identify co-development opportunities and enhance market positioning through strategic ecosystem relationships
- Maintain strong technical knowledge of Clean Energy solutions and clearly articulate differentiated value using consultative selling and value-based pricing strategies
- Collaborate with product and manufacturing teams to address evolving customer needs, leveraging technical tools and teams throughout the sales process
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships with stakeholders across functions, identifying new use cases and growth segments
- Rigorously manage pipeline, forecasts, and opportunities using Salesforce, and develop territory/account plans aligned with business objectives
- Demonstrate strong communication, act with integrity and accountability, and contribute to team collaboration and continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- More than 5 years of B2B sales, strategic account sales or management, or customer relationship experience
- Experience in automotive OEM or Tier 1 environments, hydrogen/fuel cell systems, or e-mobility is preferred
- Experience in the automotive industry (electrification, battery, hydrogen, etc.) is preferred
- High digital fluency and Salesforce proficiency
- Skilled in managing cross-functional initiatives involving sales, engineering, and
operations - Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Background in engineering is desirable
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
- Fluent level English; Korean is highly advantageous
