[리테일/총무] General Affairs Specialist (Contract)
A multinational food company is looking for a General Affairs Specialist. The chosen applicant will be responsible for providing administrative, accounting, and quality & regulatory support to ensure efficient office operations and business compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Support daily office administration, including managing office supplies, procuring office equipment, processing utility bills, and consolidating expense reimbursements
- Serve as the point of contact with Enterprise IT, coordinating the procurement of IT equipment and ensuring employees in the Korea office are well supported with the necessary IT tools
- Support the onboarding of new employees through office orientation and coordinating welcome activities
- Coordinate local team activities, including scheduling, venue selection, logistics, communications, and executive visits
- Lead and coordinate employee engagement activities
- Identify and implement more efficient ways to manage office administration and support business operations
- Support North Asia HR as the local contact to ensure timely and accurate payroll execution
- Support the BU Manager and local team with administrative matters as assigned
- Support ad hoc administrative or HR tasks and projects as needed
- Support the external tax service provider with tax reporting activities and coordinate with Vietnamese accountants as needed
- Work with internal and external auditors by preparing audit schedules, providing requested information, and supporting audit activities
- Process monthly and yearly tax invoices and purchase order closing in SAP
- Process invoice payments, personal vouchers, and other finance-related administrative work
- Support product registration, food labelling compliance, and regulatory documentation
- Maintain product specifications, certificates, quality records, Certificates of Analysis (COA), and other compliance documents
- Coordinate quality inquiries, complaints, corrective actions, regulatory communications, regulatory updates, audit documentation, and cross-functional support among Commercial, Supply Chain, and Quality teams
Requirements:
- Experience working in multinational companies supporting regional or cross-border teams
- Strong leadership skills
- Business level English
Preferred Requirements:
- Basic understanding of finance or HR administrative processes
- Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
