[제약/법률] Legal Counsel

A Legal Counsel role is now open in a renowned healthcare company. The chosen candidate will support global business operations, provide legal advice on cross-border matters, and manage legal risks.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legal support to the company's international business operations and overseas affiliates
• Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of English-language commercial agreements
• Advise on cross-border transactions, strategic partnerships, licensing arrangements, and other international business initiatives
• Identify legal risks and provide practical, commercially focused legal advice to internal stakeholders
• Coordinate with external counsel across multiple jurisdictions
• Support corporate legal matters and strategic projects involving regional and global business teams
• Mentor junior legal professionals and contribute to the continued development of the international legal function
• Partner closely with senior business leaders to support international expansion and business growth

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer in a foreign jurisdiction (US, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or other recognised jurisdictions)
• 7-10 years of post-qualification experience
• Experience in an international law firm and/or multinational corporate legal department
• Strong experience drafting and negotiating international commercial agreements
• Proven experience advising on cross-border legal matters
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Proficient in English

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficient in Korean
