[리테일/법률] Legal Counsel-Brand Protection

A multinational luxury fashion brand is looking for a Legal Counsel-Brand Protection. The selected applicant will be in charge of providing legal support on intellectual property, brand protection, and commercial matters.

Responsibilities:

• Advise on intellectual property, trademark, copyright, and brand protection matters
• Manage trademark portfolios, enforcement actions, anti-counterfeiting initiatives, and infringement disputes
• Support retail, e-commerce, marketing, and commercial business activities
• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements
• Partner with local, regional, and global stakeholders on strategic legal projects
• Manage external counsel and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer
• 8-15 years of experience
• Experience gained within multinational companies or leading international law firms
• Strong background in Intellectual Property, Brand Protection, Trademark Enforcement, and Anti-Counterfeiting
• In-house counsel or private practice lawyer with significant IP and brand protection experience
• Experience supporting international brands and managing cross-border matters
• Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capabilities
• Native level English and Korean

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior exposure to luxury, premium retail, fashion, beauty, consumer goods, or other brand-driven industries
• Overseas Korean professionals and candidates with international education or work experience
