[제조/홍보] Corporate Communications Lead (Based in Indonesia)

A foreign sporting goods manufacturer is searching for a Corporate Communications Lead. The chosen candidate will develop and execute comprehensive corporate communication plans aligned with company objectives. This role will be based in Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Identify key messaging and target audiences to effectively communicate the company's values, achievements, and commitment to quality
• Ensure consistent messaging across all internal and external communications
• Develop and deliver presentations for internal and external audiences
• Train presenters on presentation techniques and messaging
• Develop strategies to enhance brand equity and reputation
• Manage the company's presence on digital media platforms
• Monitor social media trends and analytics

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field
• More than 5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, PR, advertisement, or a related field
• Experience in developing and implementing internal communication strategies
• Strong media relations and crisis communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Native level written and verbal English
