[리테일/브랜딩] Sr. Country Brand Manager
A foreign consumer goods company is looking for a Sr. Country Brand Manager. The chosen applicant will lead brand strategy, marketing execution, and portfolio growth across key product categories.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of annual brand plans across Premium Chocolate
- Drive category growth through a comprehensive 360° marketing approach (ATL, BTL, and digital)
- Strengthen brand performance during key consumption moments and expand year-round opportunities
- Identify growth opportunities through data-driven insights and translate them into actionable plans
- Manage end-to-end portfolio development, including product launches and renovations
- Support new category expansion initiatives, including Food Service and innovation pipelines
- Ensure alignment of packaging and product strategies with global and regional guidelines
- Develop and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across media, digital, and activation channels
- Partner with agencies to execute communications, events, and social media strategies
- Lead consumer-centric initiatives to increase brand relevance and engagement
- Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution
- Collaborate with distributors and external partners to maximise market impact
- Represent the brand in internal forums and external stakeholder engagements
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and strong return on investment
- Track brand performance using market and consumer data (Nielsen, POS, and panel data)
- Provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business or related field
- Strong experience in brand management (FMCG is ideal)
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end brand strategies and delivering business impact
- Analytical mindset with experience interpreting market and consumer data, strategic thinking with a strong execution focus
- Strong communication and influencing skills, and excellent stakeholder management skills in complex, cross-functional and regional environments
- Familiarity with data platforms, analytical systems and tools
- Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience working with distributors or multi-market structures
