[이커머스/법률] eCommerce Compliance Manager

A global e‑commerce acceleration platform is searching for an eCommerce Compliance Manager. The chosen candidate will ensure compliance and effective product listing management across major Korean e-commerce marketplaces.

Responsibilities:

• Develop expertise in Coupang, Gmarket, Naver, and other Korea marketplace policies, focusing on new and changing regulations
• Manage product listings by reviewing new content
• Audit product catalogues to ensure compliance with e-commerce platform policies
• Monitor and update banned keywords and products on e-commerce marketplaces
• Track and review notices from e-commerce platform compliance departments
• Determine appropriate responses to seller account issues
• Troubleshoot potential issues proactively
• Communicate identified issues with the seller team

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than years of experience within Korea marketplaces
• Experience with Health, specifically writing plans of action and responding to performance notifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Familiarity with Korea marketplaces or e-commerce landscape is preferred
• Knowledge of Japan marketplaces (Amazon, Rakuten) is a plus
• Experience with compliance enforcement is preferred
• Previous experience working in a high-stakes business environment is a plus
• Strong writing and editing skills are desirable
