[리테일/품질] QA Staff (Part Time)

A multinational food and beverage company is looking for a QA Staff. The chosen applicant will support quality assurance, compliance, and documentation activities to maintain product quality.

Responsibilities:

• Support customer and consumer complaint handling
• Respond to regulatory authorities (KFDA) and customs clearance issues
• Support quality and compliance checks for existing and new products
• Translate global Quality materials and support cross-functional communications
• Manage product, factory, and regulatory documents to ensure they are up to date and compliant
• Support innovation projects, including specification and artwork reviews
• Support monthly expense closing

Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office
• Ability to work in a diverse and multicultural environment with cross-functional communication ability
• Passionate, positive, and growth mindset
• Proficient in written and verbal Korean and English

Preferred Requirements:

• Quality or Food regulation knowledge
• Experience or understanding of import products or customs clearance processes
