[제조/구매] Purchase/Procurement Manager

An international food manufacturer is searching for a Purchase/Procurement Manager. The chosen applicant will be developing and executing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement of materials.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies.
• Identify, qualify, and manage suppliers to meet quality, service, and cost expectations.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials based on production plans and inventory targets.
• Manage purchase orders, monitor deliveries, and handle supplier claims or disputes.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies, legal requirements, and ethical sourcing practices.
• Drive cost-reduction initiatives through re-sourcing, value engineering, or contract renegotiation.
• Track and report key procurement KPIs (e.g., OTIF suppliers, cost savings, vendor performance).
• Liaise with global procurement teams to align local sourcing strategy with corporate standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, logistics, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in procurement or purchasing (food or manufacturing industry is ideal)
• Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and MS Excel
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Knowledge of global sourcing and FTA/customs implications is preferred
• Experience working in a multinational company and cross-cultural teams is a plus
• Demonstrated success in cost-saving projects or supplier consolidation initiatives is ideal
• Fluent level Korean; business level English is a plus
