[IT/사업기획] Business Planning

A Business Planning role is now open in a manufacturing company. The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting business operations by ensuring effective planning, coordination, and communication across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support overall business operations by planning, coordinating, and executing internal processes to ensure alignment across functions and maintain operational efficiency
• Collect, analyse, and interpret business and operational data to generate insights, support decision-making, and improve business performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D, to facilitate communication and ensure smooth execution of day-to-day business activities
• Manage customer-related activities, including order handling, issue resolution, customer inquiries and complaints, and ongoing communication, while participating in on-site coordination as needed
• Participate in customer-facing and field-related activities, including customer visits, on-site support, request coordination, and gathering market and customer insights to support business objectives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in business operations, client management, planning, coordination, or sales support
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with exposure to customer-related activities
• Experience in customer-facing roles, including sales, technical support, or business development
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across internal teams and external customers
• Ability to understand customer needs and provide technical or business solutions
• Ability and willingness to travel and perform frequent on-site customer visits
• Business level written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in a B2B business environment or a manufacturing-related industry
• Experience in business planning, operations management, or customer coordination roles
• Experience supporting field activities and customer-facing operations
• Proficient in Chinese
