[제조/재무] Commercial Controller

An international manufacturing company is seeking a Commercial Controller. The selected applicant will support business strategy and commercial performance through financial analysis, planning, reporting, and effective control of commercial activities.

Responsibilities:

• Work with the commercial team to provide accurate and competitive Sales and Commercial Margin results
• Act as a Commercial business partner to the Korea Sales Leader by contributing to business strategy development and translating strategies into value-creating activities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement profitable growth strategies
• Analyse and optimise financial performance (P&L, BS, CF), risks, opportunities, and corrective actions to achieve financial objectives
• Own business controlling and statutory accounting activities (compliance) for the commercial organisation
• Perform budgeting, forecasting, and other forward-looking ad-hoc analysis
• Analyse commercial margin by projects and customer segments and share insights with stakeholders
• Manage AR inflow and cash collection by setting targets and tracking collection status
• Support budget planning and quarterly outlook planning
• Report monthly actuals, outlook of Commercial Margin, and relevant financial information to management
• Manage customer credit activities
• Monitor cash-in actuals and forecasts, including overdue tracking

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in finance
• Excellent knowledge of accounting for Commercial margin (Revenue and Standard cost)
• Accounting and costing job experience in the manufacturing industry
• Experience with SAP
• Excellent interpersonal and team-oriented skills
• Fluent level English

Preferred Requirements:

• MS Office skills, including Excel spreadsheet modelling and PowerPoint charts
• Proficient in Power BI
