[리테일/유통] Senior Distribution Center Manager

A multinational luxury fashion brand is looking for a Senior Distribution Center Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for leading distribution center strategy and operations to drive operational excellence, efficiency, and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Plan Korea DC network strategy and capability roadmap aligned with business growth
• Drive transformational initiatives and DC innovation solutions to fulfil business requirements
• Lead sustainability strategy execution aligned with the House's net-zero ambition
• Act as the primary liaison for Global and Regional DC projects, ensuring alignment with Regional Supply Chain strategy, standards, and governance frameworks
• Develop and govern the DC cost optimisation and efficiency roadmap
• Lead and develop a high-performing DC organisation with a strong succession pipeline
• Act as the Control Tower for DC operations across all business divisions, ensuring alignment and effective decision-making
• Build and maintain strong cross-functional partnerships to anticipate and respond to business needs
• Serve as the key point of contact for global, regional, internal, external, and government stakeholders
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance culture
• Ensure end-to-end DC operational excellence across all business divisions
• Monitor and achieve operational KPIs aligned with the business service charter
• Identify process bottlenecks and drive continuous productivity improvements
• Lead DC governance, including service charter management, risk management, health and safety standards, security, and sourcing compliance
• Drive system and process optimisation, upgrades, and standardisation
• Lead vendor performance management and operational delivery

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• More than 10 years of managerial experience
• More than 5 years in a senior managerial role
• Strong supply chain and DC logistics knowledge
• Understanding of WMS, WCS, and automation
• Strong leadership capabilities
• Fluent level written and verbal English
