[제조/재무] Finance Lead

A multinational consumer goods company is searching for a Finance Lead. The chosen applicant will manage finance operations, including close, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance, while providing insights and partnering with stakeholders to support business decisions.

Responsibilities:

• Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close; ensure accurate P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reporting
• Review statutory financial statements and ensure compliance with Korean GAAP and corporate policies
• Serve as the main point of contact with outsourced accounting, tax, and payroll providers
• Own Korea P&L reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Provide financial analysis and insights on gross margin, SG&A, and key business drivers for Korea Direct Business
• Partner with commercial teams to support pricing, promotions, new launches, and investment decisions
• Support cash flow, working capital, SOX, audits, and internal controls
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
• 10-15 years of experience across accounting, financial reporting, and financial analysis
• Proven commercial finance or business partnering experience
• Experience with outsourced service models
• Advanced level MS Excel (Oracle or ERP is preferred)
• Strong technical accounting and financial analysis skills

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior multinational or consumer/FMCG experience
• Fluent level English and Korean
