[소프트웨어/PM] Technical Data Project Manager

A technology company is looking for a Technical Data Project Manager. The chosen applicant will be managing data projects, coordinating global stakeholders, and improving data workflows, processes, and efficiency through cross-functional collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for global customers and external partners, leading communication, requirement alignment, and issue resolution
• Manage data-related projects by coordinating cross-functional teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery
• Identify and resolve project issues by driving collaboration across internal teams and stakeholders
• Drive process improvement and standardisation of autonomous driving data workflows, including data pipeline-related operations, and propose automation strategies to enhance efficiency and optimise costs
• Contribute to improving data workflows by collaborating with the engineering team and, where applicable, supporting technical initiatives such as data analysis, tooling, or automation
• Maintain clear and structured documentation, reports, and project visibility using tools such as Jira and Confluence

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above, or equivalent practical experience
• More than 3 years of work experience in project management, operations, or customer-facing roles, or equivalent experience in data/engineering roles
• Proficient in documentation and project management tools such as MS Office, Confluence, JIRA, etc.
• Strong communication skills, with a proven record of report writing
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
• Proficient in written and verbal English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience working with global customers or overseas partners
• Expert knowledge of the automotive market, particularly ADAS systems or solutions
• Background in data engineering, backend engineering, or technical operations
• Knowledge of data pipelines and MLOps
