[바이오/영업] CGT Sales Manager
A CGT Sales Manager role is now open in a global biotechnology company. The selected candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth by managing key customer accounts, developing strategic plans, and aligning customer needs with the company’s solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop account-specific business plans considering customer goals, initiatives, opportunities, and competitive landscape
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers, aligning their needs with company solutions
- Expand existing customer relationships by continuously proposing relevant solutions
- Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
- Act as the key communication link between customers and internal teams
- Identify key decision-makers within assigned accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Achieve annual and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare proposals and quotations; plan and execute customer visits across all levels of the organisation
- Collaborate with internal teams to present and demonstrate the full range of company capabilities
- Deliver presentations and create materials for both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- More than 5 years of sales experience in a related product area (CGT or cell-based toxicity & efficacy assay markets are preferred)
- Proven experience in account management and project planning
- Experience managing relationships with scientific communities
- Strong negotiation skills
- Solid presentation and material preparation skills
- Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
- Proficient in written and verbal English
