[제조/엔지니어] Field Application Engineer

A global technology company is looking for a Field Application Engineer. The chosen applicant will be in charge of supporting customers by providing technical expertise in vacuum valve solutions for semiconductor processes.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer specification discussions (spec-in/spec-out)
• Select and recommend vacuum valve products based on the semiconductor process
  requirements
• Support product evaluation, qualification, and stabilisation at customer sites
• Perform process-based troubleshooting and technical issue resolution
• Work closely with Sales and HQ engineering teams
• Analyse industry and technology trends and provide technical proposals to HQ
• Participate in joint development projects when required

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering disciplines
• More than 5 years of experience in Semiconductor or Display equipment design or project management
• Proven experience in customer specification negotiation
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of Semiconductor or Display processes and equipment
• Knowledge of vacuum systems and components
• Broad technical capability across mechanical, chemical, pneumatic, and process engineering
• Strong customer-facing communication and collaboration skills
• Native level Korean; business level English
