[리테일/이커머스] E-Commerce Specialist
A foreign sports retailer is looking for an E-Commerce Specialist. The selected applicant will be responsible for managing and optimising DTC channels, supporting digital marketing initiatives, and enhancing online customer experience through data-driven strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and support the official website based on data analysis
- Operate and optimise performance marketing to support DTC channels
- Ensure product listings, content accuracy, and promotional assets are updated and aligned with brand standards
- Support and participate in annual promotion planning
- Participate in establishing official mall business strategies
- Analyse business data and identify actionable insights\
- Monitor backend operations, logistics status, and customer NPS (Net Promoter Score)
- Plan and execute SEO/SEM strategies and awareness campaigns to drive traffic and sales
- Collaborate with digital agencies and marketing teams for integrated marketing execution
- Support branded campaign collaborations
- Plan website layouts and product placements to maximise visibility and conversion
Requirements:
- More than 3 years of hands-on eCommerce experience (both official websites and third-party marketplaces is ideal)
- More than 2 years of supporting performance marketing or digital marketing-like activities
- Knowledge of Photoshop
- Ability to utilise data (Excel/Google Sheet) and other solutions (Amplitude, GA4)
- Strong operational and analytical mindset with experience in backend monitoring and logistics coordination
- Experience working in a fast-paced, collaborative, and data-driven environment
- Fluent level Korean; intermediate level written and verbal English
