[제약/전략] General Strategy Officer

A global healthcare company is looking for a General Strategy Officer. The chosen applicant will be in charge of leading system operations, team performance, and process improvements to ensure reliable and scalable quantum platform operations.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with the GM to define mid- to long-term strategic direction and priorities
• Incorporate global trends, competitive intelligence, and industry dynamics into strategic planning
• Drive business model innovation and identify new business and growth opportunities
• Lead the AI & Digital Strategy team under the GSO, overseeing performance and capability development
• Define and prioritise digital and AI investments aligned with enterprise strategy
• Collaborate with the digital execution team under the GOO to establish a dual-track model linking strategy and execution
• Lead market, competitor, and customer data analysis to support enterprise strategy
• Deliver data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making
• Manage direct reports and ensure team performance and outcomes
• Provide strategic advice to the GM and senior leadership on key business decisions
• Participate in strategic initiatives and new business evaluations
• Monitor and coordinate the execution of the enterprise strategy across the organisation
• Lead recruitment, development, and performance management of team members
• Align team operations with strategic priorities and build organisational capabilities
• Foster a strong team culture, collaboration, and knowledge sharing

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above (overseas MBA or Master’s degree in Strategy, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred)
• More than 3 years of hands-on experience in strategy, market intelligence, or digital/AI initiatives within a corporate environment
• Strong understanding of industry and market analysis, with solid business model acumen
• Deep expertise in strategy development, business models, and market/industry analysis
• Strong understanding of digital and AI strategy, as well as emerging innovation trends
• Excellent and persuasive presentation and communication skills
• Professional certifications in strategy, management, or digital domains preferred (PMP, CFA, data analytics-related certifications)

Preferred Requirements:

• Prior experience at a top-tier global consulting firm (Bain, BCG, McKinsey)
• Experience working in a GM office or in an executive-level strategy role
• Proven team management experience, particularly within strategy, analytics, or digital organisations
