[IT/고객관리] Customer Success Director
A global technology company is searching for a Customer Success Director. The chosen applicant will lead post-sales customer success, driving client adoption, delivery execution, stakeholder management, and long-term account growth.
Responsibilities:
- Own adoption and consumption for clients by onboarding users to Quantum Cloud, tracking usage, and driving adoption
- Lead post-sales execution as the single accountable lead by interpreting contract and verbal expectations, coordinating workstreams, and managing risks and issues to keep delivery on track
- Lead stakeholder management and monthly reporting by providing clear updates on adoption, satisfaction, contract health, and expansion signals to internal and customer stakeholders
- Serve as the in-region translator by combining cultural fluency and technical credibility to build trust within a highly technical government and academic customer environment
- Build the customer success operating system for the account by creating success plans, QBR cadence, stakeholder maps, and playbooks that make delivery repeatable, then keeping them current as the scope evolves
- Translate the voice of the customer into internal action by converting client needs into clear requirements and prioritisation for Product and Engineering, then closing the loop with the customer on what is changing, when, and why
Requirements:
- Proven program or project leadership across multiple dependent workstreams (delivery, onboarding, facilities/ops, technical stakeholders)
- Technical credibility to work with quantum or HPC-adjacent stakeholders
- Strong customer exec presence
- Demonstrated ability to drive measurable adoption or consumption in a platform or technical product environment
- Strong cross-cultural stakeholder leadership with evidence of navigating the Korean institutional contexts (government, research, or large enterprise)
- Fluent level Korean
Preferred Requirements:
- Advanced degree in Physics or related STEM
