[제조/엔지니어] Field Service Engineer

A Field Service Engineer role is now open in a global technology company. The selected candidate will lead field service operations, ensuring efficient execution, high service quality, and strong customer support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle key customer issues and manage escalations
• Visit customer sites and provide technical support when required
• Understand customer needs and communicate internally
• Ensure service quality and continuous improvement
• Analyse recurring issues and implement corrective actions
• Improve and standardise field service processes
• Enhance operational efficiency and productivity
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Train and develop team members
• Support onboarding of new engineers

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering
• More than 10 years of experience in field service or maintenance
• Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
• Leadership and team management
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Proficient in English

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in semiconductor, equipment, or vacuum systems
• Experience in team leadership or project leadership
