[리테일/인사] Head of People and Culture
A global consumer products company is searching for a Head of People and Culture. The selected applicant will lead HR strategy and operations, driving a high-performance culture while supporting employee experience and business goals.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to align HR strategies with organisational goals, providing guidance on workforce planning, performance management, and employee development
- Drive the shaping and embedding of an Outrageously Extraordinary culture that inspires exceptional performance and enables employees to thrive
- Build strong relationships and engagement with employees and leaders at all levels
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions, including onboarding, payroll processing, HR advisory, employee relations, performance management, employee development, and exit management
- Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience and smooth integration into company culture and values
- Support training and development programs to enable employee growth and business success
- Oversee day-to-day HR operations and act as the first point of contact for employee HR-related inquiries, providing guidance and support
- Support the implementation of functional and regional HR initiatives across APAC
- Advise and support managers and employees on employee relations, policies, and HR best practices while ensuring compliance with labour laws and company standards
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in human resources, or a relevant field
- More than 15 years of experience in human resources functions (consumer electronics or FMCG sector is ideal)
- Strong knowledge of local labour laws, HR principles and practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to excel in a multi-cultural environment
- Ability to work independently, hands-on and within a team in a fast-paced growth environment
- Resourceful, strong analytical and problem-solving skills
