[제조/인사] HR Manager

A global food manufacturing company is looking for an HR Manager. The chosen applicant will lead HR operations across Korea and Japan, supporting local leadership, organisational change, employee engagement, and HR process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across Korea and Japan
• Partner with the Country Manager and local leadership team
• Support organisational restructuring, business integration and change management
• Implement and localise global HR policies and programmes
• Harmonise job bands, compensation and performance-management processes
• Strengthen organisational culture, employee engagement and communication
• Build stronger alignment between the Seongnam office and production-site workforce
• Manage recruitment, employee relations, talent development and HR compliance
• Improve HR processes and Workday utilisation

Requirements:

• 10-15 years of broad HR experience
• Hands-on HR generalist experience within a multinational organisation
• Experience supporting manufacturing or operational employees would be advantageous
• Proven exposure to restructuring, organisational transformation or post-merger integration
• Strong knowledge of Korean employment practices
• Confidence working with both local leaders and global stakeholders
• Fluent level Korean; business level English
