[금융/영업] Cash Management Specialist (VP/Director)

An international financial institution is looking for a Cash Management Specialist. The chosen applicant will originate Transaction Banking solutions, manage client relationships, and drive business growth in cash management, deposits, and liquidity solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and execute Transaction Banking transactions, primarily focusing on cash management, deposit and liquidity solutions, with additional exposure to Trade Finance
• Partner with Relationship Managers to identify client needs, develop tailored solutions, and generate new business opportunities
• Develop and implement sales strategies to increase deposits and expand Transaction Banking product penetration
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate and institutional clients, as well as internal stakeholders
• Collaborate with regional and global product teams to enhance Transaction Banking solutions and service offerings
• Provide ongoing client and account management support, coordinating with internal departments to ensure effective service delivery
• Monitor market developments, competitor activities, and pricing trends to identify opportunities for business growth
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management standards

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics or a related discipline
• More than 15 years of professional experience, preferably within banking or financial services
• 6-10 years of experience in Transaction Banking sales and marketing, with a proven sales track record
• Strong product knowledge across cash management, deposit, liquidity and Transaction Banking solutions
• Solid understanding of corporate and institutional banking practices, including settlement methods
• Demonstrated ability to originate business, develop client relationships and drive revenue growth
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
• Fluent level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Proficient in Japanese
