[리테일/물류] Logistics Manager

A Logistics Manager role is now open in a global food company. The chosen applicant will oversee logistics strategy, planning, and operations, focusing on cost optimisation, service performance, compliance, risk management, and supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop mid- and long-term logistics strategies aligned with business growth and supply chain network design
• Lead logistics planning for inventory, distribution, and transportation based on demand forecasts
• Identify and drive structural improvements in the logistics network, including warehouse footprint and flow redesign
• Drive logistics cost optimization initiatives across 3PL, transportation, and warehousing
• Establish KPI frameworks covering cost, service, inventory, and OTIF, and continuously monitor and improve performance
• Lead savings projects through data-driven analysis and benchmarking
• Own 3PL strategy, selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
• Conduct regular 3PL performance reviews and lead improvement plans
• Manage forwarders and transportation vendors to ensure service quality and cost efficiency
• Oversee end-to-end import and export operations and compliance
• Establish shipping and forwarding strategies and optimise routing and cost structures
• Ensure customs, regulatory, and trade compliance
• Manage forwarder bidding and partnerships
• Identify logistics risks, including supply disruptions, inventory issues, compliance, and vendor dependency
• Develop contingency plans and business continuity strategies
• Strengthen governance across logistics processes and controls
• Act as the key logistics representative in S&OP and production planning
• Collaborate with Production, Sales, QA, and Finance to support optimal planning
• Provide insights on inventory strategy, capacity, and logistics constraints
• Build logistics capabilities with a focus on planning and analytical skills
• Lead and coach the team toward data-driven decision-making

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above
• 12-15 years of experience in logistics with strong exposure to strategy/planning and 3PL management
• Proven experience in logistics network design, cost optimisation, and system/process improvement
• Experience managing complex 3PL/vendor ecosystem
• Strong knowledge in import/export, forwarding, and trade compliance
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management capability
• Advanced-level English
