[리테일/SCM] Supply Chain Manager

A foreign alcoholic beverage company is seeking a Supply Chain Manager. The selected applicant will oversee logistics operations, financial performance, and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure efficient supply chain performance, customer satisfaction, and cost optimisation.

Responsibilities:

• Propose, manage, and control the agreed budget in operational expenditures by working closely with related stakeholders to ensure agreed budgets are delivered effectively and efficiently
• Provide regular analysis and review to management on risks and opportunities in delivering efficient financial performance, with a focus on logistics costs
• Review and manage inventory levels and logistics RCCP as targeted in the yearly AOP
• Act as an ad hoc project manager to drive productivity and savings aligned with given targets
• Manage business processes in Logistics based on the company's best practice standards
• Manage 1 headcount and take responsibility as a people manager
• Ensure demand fulfilment and customer satisfaction related to the logistics process, including resolving customer and consumer complaints
• Implement continuous improvement projects as a regional requirement and optimise logistics costs and carbon footprint while driving the sustainability agenda
• Implement Controls Assurance and Risk Management and comply with local regulations for transportation and warehousing activities
• Implement the company standard in customs clearance, transportation, and warehousing activities
• Drive new innovation projects in the logistics area, such as Route-to-Customer and warehouse supply network design
• Maintain extensive contact and close collaboration with the APAC Planning & Logistics Team and related stakeholders in the market to meet the main goals of the business
• Manage 3PL and logistics service providers effectively to meet the main goals of the business
• Champion cooperation and partnership to provide integrated solutions to problems

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of experience in logistics activities, specifically in transportation and warehousing
• Knowledge of SAP system
• Possess critical thinking skills and the ability to manage large databases and multiple systems concurrently
• Proven track record in leading business improvement and transformation projects
• Bilingual level Korean and English
