A pharmaceutical company is looking for a Global CDMO Business Development. The chosen applicant will drive CDMO business growth across Asian markets by developing strategies, securing new customers, and managing commercial projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute CDMO business strategies across Asian markets
• Identify new customers and lead contract negotiations
• Manage technology transfer and commercial manufacturing launch projects
• Collaborate with CMC, Manufacturing, QA/QC, and Regulatory teams
• Manage sales targets, project profitability, and supply chain risks

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• More than 5 years of global CDMO business development experience
• Experience in market analysis, overseas partner acquisition, and contract negotiations
• Ability and willingness to travel internationally
• Business level English

Preferred Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmacy or a related field
• Experience in oncology or cephalosporin/penicillin-based antibiotics
• Experience with Asian customers and technology transfer projects
• Proficient in Japanese or Chinese
