I registered my account, but I didn't receive an email.
You should have received an activation email after you created your account. Please activate your account using the link provided in the email before logging in.
If you can't find the email, please check below.
- Please check your email's Spam or Junk folder. If you can't find our activation email, please register using another email address.
- If you don't have another email address, we can delete your old account so you can register again. It will take a few weeks to delete the old account.
- If you input the wrong email address in the registration form, please register again using the correct information.
