Referral scheme terms and conditions

Please note: Completing the referral form is deemed to be acceptances of these terms and conditions:

1. The referred person must commence their permanent or contract assignment at the Robert Walters’ client within 1 year of being registered at Robert Walters Korea Ltd, otherwise the referrer will not be eligible for participation in the referral campaign.
2. The referred party must complete three month of their assignment through Robert Walters before the referrer is eligible to receive the 1,000,000 won gift voucher and entry to the draw. The gift voucher will be delivered subsequent to the completion of working three month with the Robert Walters' client. In the case that the referred party terminates their contract or permanent employment before the gift voucher has been fully processed, the referrer will no longer be eligible for participation in the referral campaign.
3. If the referred person is already registered with Robert Walters at the date of referral, the referrer will not be eligible for participation in the referral campaign.
4. For the avoidance of doubt, no referral gift voucher amount is payable if a referred person is placed at a Robert Walters’ client outside Korea.
5. Referred persons must register with Robert Walters before candidates can be eligible for participation in the referral campaign.
6. Robert Walters is not responsible for any income taxes, as required by law, arising from the gift voucher and draw prize.
7. The referral gift voucher and the draw prize will be delivered to the referrer themselves only, and delivery is limited to Korea.
8. The winner of the draw prize must claim their prize within 6 months of the winner announcement.
9. The gift voucher and draw prize may be delivered directly to the winner from the provider.
10. The gift voucher and draw prize are not transferrable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.
11. Robert Walters makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the draw prize. To the extent permitted by law, Robert Walters is not liable for any loss and/or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to, direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entry into the competition or acceptance of the draw prize.
12. For the avoidance of doubt, the Referrer will only provide basic information of the Referred person and the Referrer does not support Robert Walters to establish an employment agreement with the Referred person in any manner, shape, or form.
