[자동차/기술기획] Head of Software Code Testing

A foreign technology company is searching for a Head of Software Code Testing. The selected candidate will manage all business development activities for the Korean market, both strategically and operationally.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business plans to achieve product line goals and identify new opportunities based on market trends
• Maintain and strengthen customer relationships to ensure long-term business growth
• Ensure customer satisfaction by collaborating with customers, internal teams, and headquarters on project needs
• Define and execute local product line strategies aligned with global objectives
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of business developers, field application engineers, and consultants, including staffing, training, and performance reviews
• Report regularly and coordinate closely with Global Product Line Management and the subsidiary President
• Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, support, and marketing, and contribute actively to global product line initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, software engineering, computer engineering, computer science, or related field
• More than 10 years of software development and quality experience
• 3-5 years of experience managing a software testing team requiring global collaboration is ideal
• Thorough understanding of the embedded software development and testing, toolchain and build processes
• Strong knowledge of C/C++ for embedded systems
• Excellent understanding of safety-critical applications, architecture and processes used in domains such as Automotive, Avionics, Railway, Medical, and Industrial
• Experience and client network in the Korean embedded software industry are desirable
• Ability to lead, develop and manage engineering and sales staff
• Ability and willingness to travel locally and internationally
• Native level Korean; proficient in English
