An international consumer goods company is searching for a Sales Representative. The selected candidate will be in charge of managing stores to achieve corporate goals and targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure consistent, profitable growth in directly operated store sales revenues through positive relationship management
  • Oversee assigned stores and encourage low-performing stores to grow
  • Manage sales staff in stores
  • Ensure sustainable sales KPI and net sales growth in line with or above target
  • Analyse sales data and results
  • Develop sales promotions or events and implement them to maximise sales
  • Investigate the market and customer trends and build strategies
  • Handle sales forecasting in the short and long term

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of relevant work experience (home & furniture industry is preferred)
  • Understanding of retail sales (own stores) - market, customers, and trends
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel
