A global chemical manufacturer is searching for a Transplant Sales Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving strategic growth by exploring and developing new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in collaboration with cross-country OEM teams
  • Execute short, mid, and long-term sales strategies aligned with company targets
  • Retain and expand the existing customer base to grow market share
  • Define product-market positioning to increase brand value
  • Ensure compliance with company and client EHS policies
  • Manage receivables and support effective cash flow

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in chemical engineering, polymer science, or related field (business administration is preferred)
  • More than 7 years of experience in Sales and Marketing, preferably in the chemical or polymer industry
  • Strong business development and client relationship management experience
  • Understanding of financial statements and budget planning
  • Excellent project management and presentation skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Ability and willingness to travel
  • Fluent level English and Korean
