[의료기기/영업] Territory Manager
A medical device company is searching for a Territory Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and converting opportunities within the assigned territory.
Responsibilities:
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with urologists and key clinical stakeholders
- Promote product through clinical discussions, product demonstrations, and targeted
education - Collaborate with internal teams to support account conversion and territory expansion
- Engage and manage distributors through effective communication and joint field efforts
- Provide procedural support and training in real surgical and clinical settings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricing, and customer insights
- Resolve customer issues quickly with clear and solution-oriented communication
- Lead or support RTMs, workshops, and symposia to enhance customer engagement
- Share field insights and contribute to ongoing sales strategy improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- More than 6 years of sales experience in the healthcare or medical device industry
- Proven experience educating and engaging HCPs
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Clinical experience or sales knowledge in urology or procedure-based products is preferred
- Prior distributor or channel management experience is preferred
- Advanced level MS Office
- Intermediate level English
