[리테일/영업] Home Shopping Channel Sales Manager

A global consumer goods company is looking for a Home Shopping Channel Sales Manager. The selected candidate will lead account management, sales execution, and program performance analysis across major TV home shopping platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with major TV home shopping channels
• Develop and implement channel-specific strategies, including live and T-commerce formats
• Create and manage product content such as inserts, POSM, demos, and promotions
• Oversee P/L for the TV home shopping business
• Plan, negotiate, and manage contracts and promotions with distributors and TV partners
• Monitor and analyse program performance and provide insights for improvement
• Research market trends to identify future TV home shopping opportunities
• Collaborate with supply chain, marketing, and distribution teams to ensure successful execution

Requirements:

• More than 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within TV home shopping channels
• Ability to develop program USP & contents and to drive sales performance.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Proficient in English
