A renowned beverage company is looking for an On-Trade Distributor Sales Manager. The selected candidate will drive volume and distribution goals, oversee partnerships, and lead strategic planning with distributors and wholesalers.

Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales volume and distribution targets across the On-Premises channel
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels with distributors, wholesalers and external sales force partners
  • Align pricing and promotions across departments to avoid cross-channel conflicts
  • Develop and implement long-term distribution strategies with partners and internal teams
  • Perform sales forecasting and investment planning in coordination with distribution partners
  • Analyse market and sales data to identify gaps and improve forecasting accuracy
  • Manage annual budgets and control allocation of free goods
  • Lead regular business review meetings with partners and stakeholders
  • Build collaborative relationships with customers, distributors, and internal teams
  • Jointly develop customer category strategies and drive profitable growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Economics or Business Administration preferred
  • More than 5 years of experience in distribution and supplier sales management in the beverage industry
  • More than 3 years of experience in leading, managing and motivating wholesale and external sales forces
  • Skilled in sales processes, financial systems, and motivating external sales forces
  • Proficient in planning, negotiation, and strategic development
  • Fluent level written and verbal Korean and English
