[반도체/영업] Sales Director
A global semiconductor company is searching for a Sales Director. The chosen candidate will be driving revenue growth by closing deals, managing key accounts, and identifying market opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Close business and achieve individual sales quota
- Forecast booking and revenue results accurately
- Manage and expand key accounts by identifying customer needs and collaborating with internal teams
- Maintain regular contact with customers to understand goals, challenges, and software or system requirements
- Qualify customers and grow sales in existing accounts by introducing new products, processes, and services
- Monitor competitor products and provide market feedback to support strategy development
- Gather and assess customer input from key accounts
- Collaborate with product and Korea business managers to ensure differentiated offerings for the territory
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering
- More than 8 years of SoC IP sales, EDA product sales
- Knowledge of Korea Semiconductor manufacturers, DSP and local R&D firms and Universities
- Strong awareness of software CI/CD development flows and system design knowledge
- Proven business development skills with a history of developing and closing business opportunities
- Ability to grasp complex technical data and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
