A global consumer goods company is searching for an e-Commerce Key Account Manager. The selected applicant will manage key eCommerce customers and drive digital sales growth through strategic partnerships and data-driven planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong partnerships with key accounts to deliver targeted sales growth
  • Lead and negotiate annual agreements with eCommerce partners
  • Analyse category, retail, industry, and performance data to identify risks and opportunities
  • Monitor sales results, conduct forecasting, and deliver financial commitments, including GSV, NSV, and Trade
  • Understand the omnichannel dynamics and set priorities accordingly
  • Plan and execute yearly sales promotions to boost brand visibility and sales performance
  • Identify strategic keywords and monitor shelf-share status for brand and portfolio
  • Develop and execute plans based on shopper insights aligned with company strategy

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above
  • More than 5 years of experience in FMCG
  • More than 3 years of experience in the e-Commerce field
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced level written and verbal English
