[제조/영업] Regional Sales Lead
A global manufacturing company is searching for Regional Sales Lead. The selected candidate will drive growth across the distribution landscape by promoting connected solutions, expanding into new markets, and onboarding partners.
Responsibilities:
- Promote company reliability connected solutions, and drive growth across the distribution landscape
- Expand into new and uncovered verticals and regions; identify, onboard, and grow new partners
- Execute the distributor integration plan and implement funnel management processes & forecasting
- Lead Channel Partner score-carding (segmentation and focus on strategic distributors)
- Deliver growth at target strategic accounts by developing Channel Account Plans and managing the tender process
- Review sales results with distributors, implement action plans, and conduct root cause analysis
- Collaborate with EMEA Marketing to assess and address Distribution Channel training needs
- Work closely with the Marketing Team to implement effective sales and marketing programs and targeted demand generation campaigns.
Requirements:
- More than 10 years of experience in Inside Sales, Sales Support, or B2B Sales
- Large company experience with the ability to bring large company processes and structure to a smaller, dynamic, growing business
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM tools, reporting, and funnel management
- Ability to build partnerships at various levels with end users and distributors
- Key Account technical and commercial sales skills
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Fluent level English and Korean
