A global materials manufacturer is searching for an Account Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for managing and growing assigned tactical and transactional accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic and opportunistic account development
  • Identify and convert sales opportunities into new business
  • Understand customer needs and align solutions accordingly
  • Communicate the value of EM products effectively
  • Ensure timely follow-up on quotes, orders, and deliveries
  • Handle documentation, complaints, and sample submissions
  • Ensure timely payment by coordinating with Credit Management
  • Generate customer analysis and provide support to Sales, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams
  • Produce and distribute sales call reports per company directives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Metallurgical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • More than 5 years of experience in sales, technical sales, customer support, or a related technical field
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Sugar™) and SAP (preferred)
  • Ability and willingness to travel
