A Sales Manager role is now open in a foreign industrial conglomerate. The chosen applicant will be in charge of developing strategic plans, expanding the customer base, and managing key accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets for GRP, HDPE, OPVC, and DI pipes in infrastructure, water, and industrial sectors
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in construction companies, utilities, government bodies, and industrial clients
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and drive revenue growth
  • Manage key accounts, ensuring timely delivery, high customer satisfaction, and resolution of post-sales issues
  • Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and identify growth opportunities
  • Demonstrate deep product knowledge and provide tailored technical solutions in collaboration with technical and marketing teams
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports, tracking performance, pipeline status, and identifying improvement areas
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing, ensuring profitability and compliance with company policies and legal standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Business, Engineering, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
  • More than 5 years of proven sales experience in GRP, HDPE, OPVC, or DI pipes (infrastructure, water supply, or industrial sectors are preferred)
  • Proficient in CRM software and MS Office
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to understand market trends and dynamics
  • Ability to generate leads, negotiate contracts, and close high-value sales deals
  • Ability and willingness to travel
