A multinational luxury brand is searching for a Senior Retail Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, overseeing daily store operations, and ensuring consistent customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategically develop and implement sales targets, budget plans, and forecasts to drive business growth
  • Supervise store operations and enforce SOPs to ensure sales performance, customer satisfaction, and brand consistency
  • Lead and support store managers in achieving KPIs such as conversion rates, AUR, UPT, and clienteling effectiveness
  • Manage recruitment, manpower planning, and staff development to maintain a high-performing retail team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Training, Visual Merchandising, and Marketing teams to align sales and service strategies
  • Oversee CRM initiatives and provide strategic leadership to enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and lifetime value
  • Identify and develop internal talent to support succession planning and organisational growth

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in business, retail management, marketing, or a related field
  • More than 10 years of experience in retail sales, store operations, or related fields
  • Proven experience in managing multiple retail stores
  • Strong understanding of CRM, data analytics, and sales performance management
  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills, with a proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of Power BI and Cegid are a plus
  • Proficient in verbal English
