A multinational clothing brand is searching for a Leasing Manager. The chosen applicant will be responsible for enabling long-term growth by identifying prime locations for new stores and negotiating lease contracts.

Responsibilities:

• Identify prime locations for new store openings
• Negotiate lease contracts with property owners to secure the best possible deals
• Optimise the existing portfolio through lease actions such as renegotiations, rebuilds, extensions, and terminations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or above in real estate, business, economics, or a related field
• Strong leasing skills with a good legal understanding
• Strong planning and organisational abilities
• Good financial understanding with a results-driven mindset
• Skilled in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Power BI, and MS Teams)
• Proficient in written and verbal English
